How it works
A stablecoin dashboard and a trading venue answer different questions. Reported collateral describes backing under the protocol’s methodology, while a swap quote shows what a particular trade could return.
Worked example
If USDD trades below one dollar, compare the timestamp of the collateral report with a current quote for the amount you actually hold.
