Verify the issuer of a dollar balance on XRP Ledger.

How it works
On XRP Ledger an issued asset is identified by currency and issuer together. A familiar currency label on a wallet screen is insufficient to establish who issued the balance.
Worked example
When setting up an RLUSD trust line, compare the issuer account with Ripple’s published details for XRP Ledger. An Ethereum contract address belongs to a different network.
What to verify
Verify the issuer before approving the trust line, then check the recipient accepts RLUSD on that same network.
