How it works
PUMP identifies the platform token. Individual projects launched using the platform have separate mint addresses, even when their names resemble the platform brand.
Worked example
If a search returns several similarly named tokens, compare the mint in the proposed swap with the asset linked from the project’s official materials.
What to verify
Save the mint and the trading pair together. A familiar icon alone cannot identify the asset being quoted.
