Check whether an exchange deposit needs a memo.

How it works
An exchange can use one Hedera account for multiple customers and a transaction memo to identify each deposit. The network can confirm a transfer even when the exchange cannot automatically credit it.
Worked example
Compare the account ID and memo on a deposit screen with the fields on the withdrawal form. Then use the transaction ID to check what was submitted.
What to verify
Copy the current memo exactly when required and keep the transaction ID until the exchange credits the deposit.
