How it works
An exchange can calculate benefits from balances held in specific accounts under its own eligibility rules. A self-custody GT balance and an eligible exchange balance serve different purposes.
Worked example
For a proposed fee discount, compare the account type and observation period in the published terms with where and when you held GT.
What to verify
Use an actual trade receipt to verify the fee tier applied.
