How it works
Historical BitTorrent statements can use the old token and unit scale. Comparing token counts without identifying the version can substantially distort a balance history.
Worked example
If a newer statement shows many more units, inspect the token identifier and migration record before classifying the difference as income.
What to verify
Keep original units, converted units and the documented conversion ratio in separate fields.
